Grand Tribunal 2008

Atlas Games - Mon, 08/18/2008 - 22:49
Sheila Thomas just wrote to us about Grand Tribunal 2008, the Atlas Games-only convention held in the UK and simultaneously in California. She says ...

"I'm just back from a wonderful weekend steeped in Ars Magica.

"It was a great success, thanks to CJ's excessively hard work, to his helpers Lorna and Kevin, to David for making it happen in the first place and leading discussions during the weekend, to you both for providing goodies for the very profitable raffle and allowing us to have the magnificent con T-shirt, to all those who ran games, and to everyone who attended and made it all so enjoyable."

Back from Gen Con

Atlas Games - Mon, 08/18/2008 - 21:30
John and I just arrived back in the Twin Cities after a fun but exhausting week at Gen Con. We brought just over 200 copies of our new Where the Deep Ones Are children's book ... and they SOLD OUT! We got a lot of great compliments on the book, and many of our customers had the double treat of finding author Ken Hite in our booth more than willing to sign their copy, as well as artist Any Hopp over at the art show. Word was that Andy was drawing cute little Deep Ones in the books of anyone who asked! And, of course, Andy had the original art for sale as well.

Where the Deep Ones Are should be reaching your friendly local retail store by now, so be sure to take a look!
