Icon Submission Issue

I tried submitting a user-icon that was a .bmp file, and was told, "that's not an image."

Can the error message either tell us what image formats are allowed, or enable additional file-types to be recognized as images Smiling

I added a note stating that only JPG, GIF, and PNG are allowed. Smiling
