I just joined up and thought I'd send out a hello to everyone here. I was very sheltered and spoiled in my early gaming days. I had no idea that D&D was a guys only club until my first gen con. The fact that it is still baffles me. So its extra good to be able to say hi to you all. I am excited to get to know some gamer chicks, and maybe some of you even live in my area! I have recently moved to Indianapolis, IN and am not gaming right now because my hubby and I just don't know people. We hope to form a group soon, though. At any rate, I'm glad to meet and chat with you all. Maybe I'll ramble more later

Great to meet you! I saw you over at the Gamer Wenches website. They are a great group of ladies. I know a lot of them live in and near Indy so I bet it won't take you long to find a group to game with.
Feel free to come here and post about your gaming adventures, movies that you've likes and think other Gamerchicks would like! I think it's wonderful that you never realized that women didn't game much. It really shows how far the industry has been coming. I started playing D&D in 5th grade then got back into role playing when I was in college. I've been a gamerchick ever since.
Anyhow I hope to see more of you here and over at Gamerwenches.com!
