I adore Something Positive. It is one of my favorite strips, and in this column I talk about a recent strip wherein Randy has a villian come after a superhero's girlfriend, and she gives him the beating he so richly deserves. I think it is brilliant and an excellent criticism of the usual "helpless girlfriend" trope in superhero comics.
