Lucasfilm v. Gen Con LLC updates

After following the site Groklaw covering the cases of SCO, IBM, RedHat, Novell, and others, I thought I'd try a little bit of amateur coverage of the case between Lucasfilm and Gen Con LLC. I received my PACER information yesterday, and so I'm not able to check the status of the case. There has been a little action in the case that people might want to know about.
EDIT: Apparently Gen Con has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. I was trying to get to their site to see if there was any discussion of the lawsuit, and it's completely down. I found some information at Tabletop Gaming News
The table below shows the filings so far in the Lucasfilm case.

That last one is the interesting one. Before I just post the PDF, I am checking with PJ, the person who runs Groklaw, to make sure I'm in the legal clear to post the filings on the site. If so, you can expect to see them soon. For now though, I will summarzie what is in that last document.
For pretty much every claim, Gen Con says that they do not have information to confirm Lucasfilm's claims and therefore denies them since they do not have enough information to form a belief. They claim the right to have kept any money against what Lucasfilm owes them. They then go on to add their own counterclaim that Lucasfilm hasn't paid them almost $80,000 for their booth and other costs related to Celebration IV.
Most companies don't file a lawsuit as the first action in a dispute so it sound like there is quite a bit of disagreement that they were unable to resolve.
