Several
I listen to several, but my favorites are Have Games Will Travel with Paul Tevis and Sons of Kryos. Paul talks mostly about board games, and he has a lot of interesting insights about board games. He also has a great radio voice. The Sons of Kryos talk mostly about RPGs and tips for players and game masters. I also listen to All Games Considered, and they've been doing a women in gaming segment lately, too.

"Women in gaming"
There's definitely a fine line to walk when discussing gaming and gender issues. There's definitely a way to talk about it and a way to make a problem out of what should be something fun. I think the approach they take is similar to what the story I just posted discusses: the difficulties, troubles, and joys of women in a predominantly male hobby. Video gaming is a bit of an anomaly in that some genres of video games actually have almost equal numbers or sometimes a majority of female players.
