My thoughts on Gary Gygax's passing.
I really didn't expect his passing to effect me like it did. I cried when I read it. I'm not saying the man and the system are without faults, but it did make me very sad to know that he was gone.
GGR #40.5 - Review of Conquest NW in Bellevue, WA

It has 24 hour gaming and programming, and inside of the larger convention has the Indy Games Hurricane, which is devoted to the promotion and playing of Independently produced games.

Anyway, this is about my exception to not playing cartoons of people, goofy, silly, comedy games. This weekend we played a spoof "dungeon crawl" and laughed until we hurt. I like serious gaming, but every so often you just got to put on the chainmail bikini and blast goblins.

My review of Unhallowed Metropolis, Part I. Its only Part I because I haven't played/run it yet. But I'm really excited to, which you will be able to tell once you read the review. If you like dark, gritty games and/or are really into Steampunk/Victoriana, I think you'll really enjoy this game.
